Dflow La Shop Online Store Purchase Return Policy

At Dflow La Shop, we want our customers to be completely satisfied with their purchases. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, we offer a flexible return policy to ensure you have a worry-free shopping experience.

Return conditions:

- Items must be returned within 30 days of the purchase date.
- Items must be in their original condition, unworn, unwashed and with all tags attached.
- Personalized items cannot be returned, except in the case of a manufacturing defect.
- Sale or clearance items are not eligible for return.

Return process:

1. Contact our customer service via email at Dflowweb@gmail.com to request a return. Please include your order number and reason for return in your email.

2. Once your return request is approved, we will send you a prepaid return label via email.

3. Carefully pack the items you wish to return in their original packaging and attach the return label to the collar
